- Twin Pines Development Contract: City Council approved the Plat and PUD for a 96-unit multi-family development for a site on School Boulevard.
- Musical Garden Donation: The City Council accepted the Monticello Rotary Club’s donation of $32,378 to install a permanent outdoor musical instrument installation at Ellison Park for all ages and abilities. The installation is fully funded by the donation.
- Presentation of Data Center Ordinance for Consideration: City Council discussed the Data Center Ordinance, which was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission earlier this month. Approval of the ordinance was not put to vote during the meeting; Council will continue to discuss the ordinance at the next meeting.
