Who can vote in Minnesota?

You must be:

• A U.S. Citizen
• At least 18 years old on Election Day
• A resident of Minnesota for 20 days
• Finished with all parts of any felony sentence

How to Pre-register?

1. Visit the Secretary of State's website
2. Fill out a Voter Registration Application and send to the address on the application.

Register on Election Day

• You can register or update your voter registration at the polling place on Election Day. 
  • You will need proof of residence to register.
