City Council members value public input and members of the public are welcome to contact them.
Please be aware that emails sent to the council are subject to the MN Government Data Practices Act. They may be made available to anyone requesting a copy or made part of the public record if directed to a matter before the council.
In addition, councilmembers must review and decide matters before them in a fair, open, and judicial manner.
